If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue using our website and services.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to book or purchase our services. If you are booking on behalf of other travellers, you confirm that you have obtained their consent and authority.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.
• The Company reserves the right to decline any booking without assigning a reason.
• Customers must verify all booking details before making payment.

5. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices displayed on our website, quotations, brochures, or promotional materials are subject to availability and may change without prior notice due to fluctuations in transportation costs, hotel tariffs, taxes, fuel prices, exchange rates, or government regulations.

• A minimum advance payment is required to confirm every booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the trip unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Failure to make payment within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
• Government taxes applicable at the time of travel shall be charged additionally wherever applicable.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Every traveller is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during booking is accurate and complete. Customers must comply with local laws, hotel policies, transport regulations, and instructions issued by tour managers, drivers, guides, or Company representatives throughout the journey.

• Carry valid government-issued identity proof during travel.
• Arrive at reporting points on time.
• Respect fellow travellers, hotel staff, and local customs.
• Take responsibility for personal belongings and valuables.
• Pay for any damages caused to hotel property, vehicles, or equipment due to negligence.

7. Passport, Visa & Travel Documents

Travellers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary passports, visas, permits, vaccination certificates, identity documents, and any other travel documentation required by applicable authorities.

The Company shall not be liable for denied boarding, immigration refusal, delays, deportation, or losses arising due to incomplete, invalid, or expired travel documents.

8. Health & Medical Fitness

Customers must ensure that they are medically fit to participate in the booked tour. Any pre-existing medical condition, disability, pregnancy, or special assistance requirement should be disclosed before confirmation of the booking.

While the Company strives to provide assistance wherever possible, medical facilities, oxygen support, or emergency arrangements may vary depending upon the destination and local infrastructure.

9. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers. Unless explicitly mentioned in the package inclusions, insurance is not included in the tour cost. Customers are encouraged to obtain adequate insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, accidents, baggage loss, delays, and other unforeseen events.

10. Cancellation & Refund

All cancellations and refunds shall be governed by the Company's Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy available on the website. Cancellation charges may vary depending on the supplier, airline, hotel, transport provider, season, and the time remaining before departure.

Any refund approved by the Company shall be processed within the applicable timeline after deducting applicable cancellation charges, taxes, banking charges, and third-party supplier deductions wherever applicable.

11. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delay, alteration, interruption, or cancellation of services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, landslides, adverse weather, epidemics, pandemics, political unrest, strikes, government restrictions, war, terrorism, transport disruptions, or any other force majeure event.

All content available on the Company's website, including logos, trademarks, photographs, graphics, itineraries, text, videos, brochures, designs, software, and other intellectual property, remains the exclusive property of Swastik Tour And Travels Private Limited unless otherwise stated.

No material may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from the Company.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Company acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers such as hotels, transport operators, airlines, activity providers, and local partners. While reasonable care is taken in selecting service providers, the Company shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, delays, service deficiencies, accidents, injuries, baggage loss, or damages caused by such third parties.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
