1. Refund Overview

Swastik Tour And Travels Private Limited ("Only Road Trip") is committed to maintaining a transparent and fair refund process. Refund eligibility depends upon the type of booking, supplier policies, cancellation timeline, and the terms accepted at the time of booking.

This Refund Policy should be read together with our Cancellation Policy, Terms & Conditions, and any supplier-specific terms applicable to your booking.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds shall only be processed where they are permitted under the applicable booking conditions and after deduction of cancellation charges, supplier penalties, taxes, payment gateway charges, banking fees, and other applicable deductions.

• Eligible cancellations submitted within the permitted time.
• Duplicate payments received for the same booking.
• Booking cancellations initiated by the Company where an alternative cannot be provided.
• Overpayments identified after reconciliation.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain travel services are completely non-refundable once confirmed. These may include promotional fares, special event bookings, limited inventory packages, permit fees, visa charges, travel insurance, processing charges, convenience fees, and supplier-specific non-refundable reservations.

4. Partial Refunds

Where only part of the booked services are cancelled or remain unused, refunds may be limited to the unused eligible services after applicable deductions. No refund shall be payable for voluntarily unused hotel nights, sightseeing, meals, transportation, or activities unless specifically approved by the respective supplier.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request has been approved, the Company shall initiate the refund process within 7–15 business days. However, the actual credit timeline may vary depending upon the payment gateway, issuing bank, card network, UPI provider, or financial institution involved.

Delays caused by banks, payment processors, holidays, or third-party service providers shall not be considered the responsibility of the Company.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds shall normally be credited through the same payment method used during the original booking. Where this is not technically possible, the Company may request alternative banking details and supporting documentation before processing the refund.

• Original payment source will be preferred wherever possible.
• Refunds cannot be transferred to unrelated third-party accounts.
• Identity verification may be requested before releasing funds.
• Applicable bank charges, gateway fees, or currency conversion charges may be deducted where applicable.

7. Airline, Hotel & Third-Party Supplier Refunds

Refunds for flights, hotels, transport services, cruises, sightseeing activities, and other third-party bookings are subject to the respective supplier's refund policies.

The Company acts as a booking intermediary and cannot release refunds until the supplier confirms the eligible refund amount.

8. Force Majeure

Refund eligibility may be affected where travel is disrupted due to circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, political unrest, pandemics, epidemics, airline operational decisions, adverse weather, or other force majeure events.

In such cases, refunds shall depend upon the policies of the respective airlines, hotels, transport operators, destination partners, and other suppliers.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are requested to contact the Company before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or card issuer. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of services, cancellation of bookings, recovery proceedings, and additional administrative charges where permitted by law.

10. Company's Right to Decline Refund

Swastik Tour And Travels Private Limited reserves the right to reject or withhold any refund request where fraudulent activity, misuse of promotional offers, submission of false information, violation of booking terms, abuse of services, or any unlawful conduct is identified.

The Company may also request additional documents or verification before processing any refund where considered necessary for compliance, security, or fraud prevention.

11. Policy Updates

The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on our website shall supersede all previous versions and become effective from the date of publication.
